I won't go into details about unsatisfactory experiences with several other companies but I will say that Leupitz is much more trustworthy, knowledgeable and professional. Their tech was able to explain (in a professional and courteous manner) why some of the things I was told I needed by others were not actually necessary AND what is truly necessary to solve my problem. He understands how houses are built and therefore how rodents gain access. He is respectful of my personal needs and I have confidence in his skills.
